  Switched from Chase to CME over 5 years ago. Best decision I could have made! Customer service is very attentive and helpful; and the rewards benefits with checking account is great (small free life insurance policy, road side assistance, deductible coverage on damaged cellphones etc). Plan on hopefully obtaining a mortgage through this Credit Union very soon and if I decide to get married to another car note I would definitely go with CME! I would NOT go with CME if you are having issues with overdrafting or other related financial issues -- you will definitely get nickel and dimed into poverty (death); although I do feel like the Credit Union will work with you to get everything on track.

  Great experience with Christy! She was efficient, professional, explained things very well and got the job done expeditiously! CME could possibly corner the banking market if each of their contacts with clientele were as positive as mine!

  Every time I’ve gone to the bank (entering building or drive-thru services), the staff at CME has been so cheerful and helpful. I normally save up things to do and go to the bank and have multiple transactions to complete in one visit: never once has a staff member complained, they all actually seem to welcome the challenge to make sure I leave there satisfied.

  This bank definitely has your back. I started my own business and ended up needing some capitol for payroll. I never should have qualified for a loan, however, CME took into account my military background and gambled on me. Needless to say, I was in tears. CME believes In honoring it’s veterans and does whatever possible to help those who have sacrificed their lives for this country. They didn’t lend to a credit score, they lent to a United States patriot. I love CME, they are truly American!! -Ken (Lifetime customer)

  I was absolutely amazed by the speed, efficiency, and courtesy I received. Kristi was fabulous to work with and not only met the needs of my call, but was able to see I was paying too much on my car, and refinance my loan at a significant savings!!

  Amazing credit union and people. I have been a member since I was 5 years old 43 years ago and I have never once had a complaint or negative issue. They are respectful, kind and empathetic to their member's circumstances. Thank you and never change. Loan rep Hala couldn't have been more wonderful or helpful with my application. She is a great addition to your team.
