  US Bank Mariemont Location Stacey, a teller at the end of what I'm sure had been a long day, was wonderfully professional, helpful and empathetic. I called the Wooster Pike location following a frustrating interaction at another US Bank location. I needed directions to her location and assurance that she would wait for me to get there, even though there was a better-then-good chance I would be a 'one minute before closing' customer that day. She encouraged me to "head her way and drive safe" further letting me know she would be looking for me to arrive- I must admit I felt like her most important customer that day! She even went the extra mile to let me know she would call me immediately if their system went down while I was on my way. I arrived safely, was able to complete my transaction and left with a smile on my face and determination to give her a positive shout-out. SO HERE IT IS, STACEY- THANK YOU, YA DONE GOOD!   Avoid if you need Western Union service!! With a hint of racism in the middle. While I was getting service from Jeff, they decided to set me aside and take the next white person behind me because my own time and service could wait. They told me that I should have gone to Kroger if I wanted to use Western Union, they apparently have no idea how it works at their bank even though they have sign for Western Union in front of the Bank! What was supposed to be a 5 to 10 min bank service ended up lasting 40 minutes and having to go back to the bank an hour later to confirm as well that everything was correct and I received the money. Nice customer service and help from this branch as it shows, especially if your a minority.

  This branch has a great service team and always has since they were Star Bank on Plainville.

  I ONLY go to two different branches and this is one of them. Reason: employees here are super helpful and almost overly friendly! Hahah
