smartPlace5I was traveling trying to back home to Michigan and ended up with a screw in a run flat, 300 miles from home. I was serviced by Corey who provided excellent customer service. While they did not have the tire I needed and by company policy could not plug it, he did find a tire center for me, spoke to a rep there, and facilitated the hand off. Sooo appreciated.

Chad Wang5I was driving on I-75 and enroute to the Cincinnati Airport when the display on my 550i indicated I needed to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine. The BMW Store was the closest BMW Dealership from my location, so I made an unscheduled visit to their dealership at 12:00. I was greeted by a courteous and professional young man who asked how he could assist me. I told him I needed to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine, but was in a hurry because my flight departed at 2:00. He said he would take care of it right away and asked me to wait in the lounge. Within 5 minutes, he handed me the key and told me he had not only topped off the oil, but all of the other fluids in the car as well. On top of that, he said there was no charge for the fluid top off service, which I wasn't accustomed to at my local BMW Dealership. This was my first visit to this dealership and I must say I am quite impressed by their customer service. They treated me like one of their valued clients, even though I did not buy my car from them and do not have them perform routine maintenance on my car. I had a very positive experience with the BMW Store and look forward to doing business with them again when I'm in the market for another BMW or just need to have my 550i serviced or buy parts for it.

Mary Chambers5Had my vehicle in for recall maintenance, when vehicle was returned there was an issue in the area that had to be serviced. After going back in which the Mgr Nick had already noticed & also had checked into the why's, upon arriving at my appointed time, he sat down & talked to me also apologized for my having to return for the same issue. Just to have a conversation about the issue elevated my energy in a positive way. Of course as humans we are not perfect and make mistakes but when it is owned makes it so much better. End result he said he would make sure it was taken care of properly and it was. Kudos to Nick and my service Agent Joe thanks a million for awesome customer service.

John Hulbert1Shady pricing. Charged 7.4 hours and the work was completed in less than 4 hours. They charge you for what they quoted and not actual time worked on it. Review your quote thoroughly before approving the work.

Derek Garceau5I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from The BMW Store. The entire transaction was completed remotely in just a few days' time, with John Beam providing vehicle details, photos and other information while Jemar DuBose handled financing and all the transactional paperwork to complete the sale. Both were professional and efficient. Since we do not live in Cincinnati, John also helped coordinate with the transport company we hired to pick up and deliver the car to us. All paperwork went through FedEx or email, and the only thing I needed to do was find a notary to notarize a few of the papers and drop the forms at a FedEx store. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jemar and John to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
