  Casey was very accommodating and helpful. After a horrible experience elsewhere I felt very assured in purchasing a different vehicle. His co-worker Taylor was also very pleasant, offering me chips and soda!

  From day one to day of the sign off my experience has been incredible! I was handled with urgency , respect and friendlyness. If you ever head over to Us auto sales PLEASE do yourself a favor and call CASEY . He will work with you, jump thru any obstables , and handle the tough part of the process, all with a smile.   My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from US auto sales. We only had it for 2 weeks and the day after we got it the A/C went out and the down payment was ridiculous $1,020 plus $900 more down in a month period. They didn’t help us with something lower in our budget. We feel that’s not fair that we are going thru a lot far as the warranty department helping with the issues that are going on with the car and the warranty department talking bout they might not cover certain things far as the diagnostic on the vehicle but we will not stand a chance for this to go over our heads we will get this situation straight or we will do everything in our possible will to have justice for the vehicle to be in proper maintenance. Nobody cares until it’s them in the situation and when there families/ kids are being affected. Sad situation for my child to be in with us. We don’t know if we are being scam because the down was $1900, which is very ridiculous just for a used vehicle and going thru something with this vehicle this isn’t right. We have already made arrangements for a attorney if we can’t get the situation handled and they still want more money for the down payment and then the monthly payments start next and haven’t had the car for a month yet this is B.S.

  I received top notch service today from Chris and his auto management team. I never thought it was possible to ever purchase a vehicle again but he made it very easy and satisfying. I enjoyed the attention and explanation of all services before signing the dotted line.Chris himself was very entertaining from beginning to end♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😍😍😍😍

  Do not I repeat do not get a car from this company. I have experienced nothing but issues from the day I got my car. It has broken down on me four times within two weeks. Do not waste your time. They lied and said nothing was wrong with the car. I took to dealership for diagnostic test and car needs a fuse box, a whole new wiring harness… repair place said it will be over $3500 in repairs and that I need to take back to dealership where I got it and have them give me a new vehicle

  If I could rate a 10 I most definitely would!!! Chris was Super Awesome at helping Get me in to The Car of my choice. The experience I had there was very much Pleasant and I would recommend them to Anyone looking to get a car.   If you looking to buy a car. I would definitely suggest to try USA Auto Sales before you go anywhere else. They are some of the hard working and kindest people i ever mat. Taylor went above and beyond to help me get into car. And I so appreciate them. And what really stood out for me. When i was sick. She called and text me periodically to check on me. Told to drink plenty water. Something she didnt have to do. To me its the little things. So go check them out and see what they can do for. Tell them Creg sent you. Thank you Taylor and Mo.
