  What a great car buying experience! Fast easy and they got me approved with a bank loan on a car that I actually love. I had gone to at least 6 other car dealerships in the area and they all couldn't get me approved. But since carisma has such a good relationship with the Tampa Bay area lenders they got it done also they have a great finance manager with lots of experience. I will send all my friends and family there thanks so much for the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I want to thank the owner of carisma for making me feel welcomed and from the beginning saying "don't worry you will leave here with the car that you love I promise" and I did thank you so much carisma auto group!!!

  Very unprofessional. I found a car that I loved and applied for Financing, I get a phone call from Mike with questions about my application and that was it. About 2 hrs later another gentleman calls me and tells me I’ve been approved! And when I wanted to come pick up the car. I let him know that I will call back for details during business hrs. I call the next morning 3 times with no return call. Mike never called back at all, after calling back the last time when I finally did get to speak with mike he told me that I would have to put down $1500 more money than what he agreed on. My credit isn’t even bad lol and I had no problem going somewhere else I was just hoping these guys could be decent and fast but they’re just another waste of time. Do better guys!

  I purchased a vehicle from "Carisma Auto Group" about 2-3 months back. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. Not only did they have the exact vehicle I wanted, they did everything to give me the best deal possible! I can honestly say, this was an easy, hassle free experience. The BEST Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. Yeliz and Tolga are professional and very personable. Sedat completely went out of his way to make the deal possible, ON HIS DAY OFF! Some months later and everything is still going great. They will refer you out for services if needed, at a discounted rate! Hands down, i couldnt be happier and i would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle be in contact with "Carisma Auto Group!"

  Very happy with my purchase. Tolga took great care of us and gave us great recommendations for financing. The owner went the extra mile and personally stayed late to detail the car so my eager son could drive it that night. Great customer service!

  Do not do business with these people. They sold me a bad car, got me financed. I took the car back and they gave me a full refund but never gave the finance company the paperwork to show that they canceled the contract. Now the finance company wants me to pay for a car I haven’t had in a month! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

  We have poof that we cancelled it. However the bank had miscommunication among their team members. We are sorry for the inconvenience the bank caused.

  I put 2500 down on a 2008 Ford 150. A week after I bought the truck it went in the shop (their mechanic) and it's still in the shop 3 weeks later. Called the mechanic this morning and the owner told me the truck is almost done. I went by there this afternoon and nothing has been to my truck. These people are crooks and so is the mechanic they use. I would never buy anything from these people or their associates. STAY AWAY FROM CARISMA AUTO GROUP THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!! There should be some kind of recourse for the buyer. This is not fair to the consumer!!

  This was the 3rd car dealer i had been to in one day trying to trade my car in. Mike and Scott were an amazing help and went above and beyond to make sure my monthly payments were where i needed them to be. Customer Satisfaction is so hard to find these days but I'm so glad to know that it still exists!!

  I highly recommend this auto dealership, they got me financed easily when others couldn't. They have excellent choice of high end vehicles to choose from. I left in 5 series BMW and love it.

  Bought a couple cars from this dealer and their other dealership; great customer service! Very flexible & helpful not like the rest of the "buy here pay here" dealers that are all about the $$ & themselves, they will work with you & make sure you can pay your car payment so that nobody losses.
