  The staff at the five points facility are outstanding to work with. They make a difference and provide professional service in a manner that enables people to feel comfortable and appreciated. This staff works hard to ensure that members do not feel pressured! Highly recommend this location for not only service with a smile, but an honest and deep care for the people they serve on a daily basis.

  I've worked with Benjamin Bryant for years now with a variety of financial matters. He's been nothing but welcoming, and supportive. The time he's taken to answer my questions in-person and via email, to me speaks to his excellent customer service, and desire to help clients. I would recommend U of I Credit Union for a variety of reasons, including working with Ben.

  I have had nothing but a wonderful experience from day one with illini credit Union I would recommend it to any of my friends the people are very friendly and they know their stuff and they are more than welcome to get on the phone and answer any questions you might have or have you come in and sit down and help you go through anything you might not understand a great place to do business

  A community credit union that's experienced enough to handle unique financial matters. No algorithms to deal with. If you qualify they can finance your needs. Very timely I should add.

  I was so impressed with the teller at the University of Illinois credit union on university which worked with me today. She was kind, she was patient, and she was very professional in helping me get what I needed help with. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but my name is Christine Jay.

  UofICCU was able to get me a lower used car loan interest rate than Huntington National Bank. Plus I really like their phone app.
