  My experience was absolutely great my Daughter loved her new ps4 slim and I will be back to purchase that 55" TV I had my eye on... Thanks again for wonderful customer service.

  So I have recently bought a 17" MacBook pro from this pawnshop 3 days ago. It has battery life that only last 1 hour to hour and 20 mins if lucky. ( needs new Battery) The MacBook also has had in the past a Graphics card issue meaning that is can no longer work on the dedicated GPU chip anymore and had to use the onboard GPU chip of only 512 ram Known issue for this device no a regular apple user so i would not know this. Lastly on a scale of one to 10 would i trust them to sell me a sustainable product. I would have to give this pawnshop a 3. They marked the product to having a terabyte Hard drive when this only had 750 Gb hard drive. Also its states retina display this is a led display. Last note called the store spoke with manager she said that i got the device for the value device was $651 after tax . I have bought a device that That has a lot of things wrong with it that will will have to fix and overpaid for. She also said that they would not Give and kind of compensation for any of these issues. I would at least want something back for this. But this shop acts as if they don't care about customers.

  Jonathan was wonderful! Great quality product i got a great deal on a bluetooth speaker and dvd player! I will recommend this place to ANYONE! great staff great prices friendly service

  I love this pawn shop my husband purchased my first engagement ring that he proposed to me with from the store and then when I lost that ring from us moving my husband turned around and went back to pranking and thanks to the awesome general manager there she helped him find me a beautiful wedding band and wedding ring I fully appreciate it because I love my ring so much and she also is very skilled with computers and I've always had problems with my computer's and she's always been there to help I love this place Pawn King is awesome they're very affordable and they're very nice and even though they are the people that work there the general manager and assistant manager they're very helpful very hard-working and driven they get the job done

  Don't go to this store this is not fair business i use to love this place blindly but from today it's just infatuation this is no good ,, I purchased a video game for my 5 years old son and he like it cause he is small boy but the problem he don't know how to use it so i return in a day and they told it's refund,,, but after a month i got bill from amex the transaction is still showing it's not refund tho && it's not a problem for me it happen in a business due to some transaction network it happen i understand that ,,,but i visit to store with the actual receipt and all transactions they ask me for time , time for what? I have all proof and all receipt and cr card transactions as well so time for what they need to apologize and give me refund in store after all correct document even they have a mistake but they are not ready for that they need time woowww thanks for your 0 star customer service i will never go this store again and i will pass this to all my friend as well !!!!!!!

  Spectacular service with a smile and polite attitude!!! If u ever have a problem with a person at this establishment, it’s most likely u just being rude... these employees are top notch!!

  Came to sell a laptop back to them and the girl was super rude an dismissive towards me. Which was very surprising considering my Husband comes often and knows the manager will not be returning or offering recommendations
