  As a first time home buyer, Imran from United 1 Mortgage made my life easy in the process of getting a loan for our new home purchase. He is extremely helpful, trustworthy and hardworking. After I got my loan for my house, 5 months later my brother purchased a house and I made sure he went to United 1 Mortgage and work with Imran in the process and he did. I will always refer family and friends to him, and I will make sure they go to him. I know Imran gave it 200% to help us save and worked extremely hard to get us a good rate. I recently did a refinance on my loan, and I did not hesitate to call Imran to help with the process. He helps his clients save money, unlike other mortgage lenders who are careless and milking people for every penny they can get that I know of. He wants a great relationship with his client and I just want to say thank you Imran for all your services.

  I contact United 1 Mortgage after reading their online review on Zillow and I was not sure if I will be approved or not since I had approached few local banks in the past and didn’t had luck. When I spoke to Imran at United 1 Mortgage he gave me clear picture and better understanding why I was not getting approved. After that we started working on things which I needed to improve in order to get approved. Honestly it took long time, but Imran was always their whenever I had questions. He was very patient throughout the time. BTW it took almost a year but finally today we are homeowners and very thankful to United 1 Mortgage for getting us into house own place.
