  We all know home-buying nowadays is definitely stressful. That said, Tyler Beard’s team was exemplary in easing the pain of the process. It’s clear to me the whole team know what they’re doing. Furthermore, their communication was always super quick, thorough, and professional. Particular props to Regina, Grace, and of course, Tyler himself. I’m a first-time homebuyer, and they showed patience, expertise, and a willingness to educate throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Can’t recommend these folks enough. Thank you!

  Tyler Beard and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage really came through for us. We were looking to roll over from an FHA to conventional loan, with some equity cash back. Tyler discussed our wants and our options, then invited us to apply, without any pressure and available to answer our questions every step of the way. His team worked with us and kept us updated on the process almost daily. We got a very competitive rate, all things considered, and closed in a timely manner.   Could not be happier with all the help we received from Tyler and his team!
