Francisco C1Changed my 5 stars revew from months back. This place is very slow on Saturday, I can't believe they only had I person (Teller) and more than 20 people waiting, very disappointed I had to walk out and find a different location.

kity kat1Initially I came into the bank the day prior and I was asked to return the next day because there was no appointments available (that was around 2pm.in the afternoon) Jill requested I provide additional documents that I don't carry with me on a day to day basis. Next Jill insisted for me to return to the bank with the documents in order to resolve a relatively simple issue. When I got to my car and phoned BOA online they were very polite and confirmed I did not need the additional documents Jill previously required.. BOA just needed my permission over the phone. Jill attempted to manipulate me by pretending not to understand basic concepts over my account. It appeared as though she even pretended to talk on the phone-strange.Jill overtly admitted to using my personal information from my banking address she had privilege to google my real estate information while I sat in her cubical. First, my privacy was breached and I was compelled to sit and listen to Jill compare her real estate investments to mine Second, Jill made the assumption that I could not afford to purchase my home in todays market. I do not appreciate the mistreatment. Violating my privacy in this manner and becoming a problem for me instead of collaborating adult. Raises multiple concerns besides privacy rights therefore, trust has been broken with this branch. I recommend the District Manager is made aware of my concerns and takes the appropriate actions.

Hailey Luna1Went in the bank today to get my card design changed because customer service on the phone wasn’t able to to so due to so strange reasons. So I was told to go to the branch, it will be quick and done same day. But when I went in a teller behind the counter was rudely told me I can do it just in the app, I told her I did and it was the same card. She then said the bank will just tap and do the same thing she showed me on my phone. Obviously not, this is not the first time I’ve dealt with this problem. I’ve been using Bank Of America since 2015, but I will switch to Chase from now on.

Zhirong Chen5I live in the south of Everett, I used to go the branch located at Everett mall which is close to my home, I suddenly found out Jill the branch manager been transferred to sliver lake location, she is my most favorite banker all the time. Now I go to this branch every time I need bank services. Jill she is such a great and professional and effective banker. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has any question with regard of BOA.

Sarah McCarthy1Greeter at door only wearing face shield rather than an actual mask and holding the door so you have to walk right next to him about a foot away to get inside. Also, the associate we talked to, while he seemed very nice and competent, had his mask on below his nose. Happy to change my review if these are fixed.

Kyle Counter1Extremely long lines no matter what time I go it seems to have a line that leads outside had to go to this location in silver Lake because the Bank of America on Hewitt ave in North Everett is closed until April 1st. I'll be using the bank of America in north Everett near 52nd and off of evergreen way next to the qfc.

Mark Mathews1I go to several Bank of America branches. This is by far the worst customer service branch I have ever been to. I gave it at least three tries and never will go back again. One day One of the ladies said next I walked up and then the lady that I just left said oh step back in front of me and said I got to show you the pictures from our vacation and got out pictures and handed in today lady behind the counter. Left me standing there
