  Team Allen was amazing to work with every step of the way. We started with a pre-approval which helped us get a quick close as there was minimal records updating. Team Allen was easily accessible, especially in this quasi-remote environment, and would either answer our concerns or direct us to someone that would. They would even call us at every step of the way to make sure we knew not only what was going on, but also to let us know what we should expect next. Our agent and title agents even commented on how pleasurable it is to work with Team Allen and Caliber. We will always recommend Team Allen and Caliber to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I highly recommend Caliber Loans. They had the lowest rate and had excellent customer service. It was nice dealing with someone just down the road who had a relationship with my realtor.   James Reese was our loan officer and he took the time to strategize both our financing and our offer even though he didn't have to. He was awesome at balancing both the numbers and the personal side of our situation that was complicated because we were trying to buy a new home contingent of selling our current one in a super hot housing market but it all worked out miraculously - big thanks due to James and his team's support!

  This is an excellent mortgage team. My loan transaction was handled seamlessly by a team of individuals dedicated to their specific role in the lending process.
