  Being first time home buyers, we were very nervous going into the whole process. After our first meeting with Phil Bukowski of Two Roads Lending, we knew we were in good hands. Phil is very knowledgeable and wants to help you become so too. He did a great job at teaching us about every step of the process, which made the home buying experience much better for us. Not only did he get us a great deal, but when we finally found the home we loved that needed a very quick turnaround to close, he completed the loan process in the fast amount of time to make sure we did not miss out. I would recommend Phil to absolutely anyone buying a home, especially first time home buyers!

  I have recently purchased my home, with the help of Two Roads Lending. Phil Bukowski at Two Roads helped us negotiate applying for a loan and interpreting all the paperwork that goes with it. Phil was extremely energetic and friendly! We went into the first meeting with no idea what to expect. Phil invited us in and, having already completed his initial analysis, he gave us our options in an honest and straightforward manner. He is an expert, of course, so he was able to give us a few pointers about our financial situation in order to better our prospects of finding a great home. He was able to, on the spot, print and present our credit reports and other crucial material. We felt great coming out of our meeting with Phil, and we were much more motivated to go out and find a great home! The most impressive aspect of working with Phil was his follow up game. Phil gave both my wife and myself a call every couple of weeks to fill us in on how the loan was progressing and to ask us how things were going finding a property. He was genuinely interested in hearing about our house search, and he seemed to be rooting for us the whole way. My wife and me, who know next to nothing about mortgages or real estate loans, came out of this experience feeling confident in the choices we had made thanks to Phil guiding us through the process. He was almost like a teacher in this regard. We both had a thorough understanding of the paperwork we were signing and the loan product we had chosen thanks to his excellent explanations and steadfast patience. You can move forward with Two Roads Lending knowing you are in good hands. Thanks, Phil!

  Phil and Rose were very responsive. There were some complications that pushed our closing date back by a month. Phil work his butt off, and was able to return the closing date back to almost the original time. Overall he made us feel more like family friends, than his next paycheck. Solid 5/5

  We used Two Roads Lending again to refinance our house since our first experience was nothing short of outstanding. Phil and his team worked diligently and tirelessly to find us the best rate possible, and when we had questions along the way, they not only answered them real promptly but always put us at ease.   The Bukowski Team with Two Roads Lending should consider changing their name to The Rockstar Team because that's exactly what they are. These rockstars are the absolute easiest home lending team to work with, so feel free to leave any worries behind you. We've worked with Two Roads for both our initial home purchase and more recently, our refinance. Not only have both interactions been completely seamless and painfree, but a true pleasure. I've heard many horror stories with refinances, but our experience with Two Roads was a breeze. We won't use anyone else!
