It took us months for our original mortgage lender to pre-approve us for a loan only to withdraw its loan when a few issues had risen due to the address of the property we were purchasing. Our real estate attorney referred us to Chris Hoss and his team and they were able to expedite the loan application so that we can meet our deadlines. I was so impressed by their promptness and professionalism. Chris explained to us the different types of loans they offered, something our other mortgage broker didn’t do.
