  Please be advised, to the workers at this location, that door dash workers are not paid by the hour. Nor are they responsible for picking up Extra items with their own pocket money. This is incredibly unprofessional. Do not ask any delivery person to use their own money to buy you more items. No matter how "awesome" that would be.

  My favorite branch of a wonderful credit union. Been banking with them for over seven years and never once have I had a bad experience. Even though I'm only in there once or twice a month, all the employees know me by name and they couldn't be nicer. Highly recommended!

  There us a current mechanical issue with the walk up atm. When I deposited my cash, it refused to count it or deposit it. I went in to speak to a teller. Daniel and Marty were extremely helpful and took care of everything. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

  Treat my family that has good credit really well. Treated me like, well. Like i was trying to steal from them! They sent me to collections despite trying multiple times to communicate my payment plan. Isn't that against rules? The day before it was scheduled to be sent to a collection agent, i called and explained that I finally had a 4 thousand dollars check coming. 4 days later. My client was 5 months late on his bill, and i simply had run out of money, and been pinged for over draw fees. In the order of transactions that benefit TwinStar of course. Smh Well, 4 days later i cashed my check at Obee. And guess who didn't get repaid for almost 3 years? Sorry TwinStar, but when i am communicating, and working hard, and repairing my credit, wont wait 4 days later to help me not ding my credit? I'll work with Obee. I've always communicated really honestly with them, and they've always worked with me. Now, im looking for a second bank or credit union so i can continue building my businesses and my credit. Guess which credit union I probably wont consider? The small down credit union that acts like a big bank of america. I pay almost all my bills on time! And my over draw was a miscommunication with PayPal and TwinStar if i recall, and caused an overdraft at just the right time while I was waiting for a payment. Back then, i had a score of like 570. But I wasn't even applying for a loan! In fact i was going to be securing a credit card for the purpose of rebuilding my credit! 😂 TwinStar makes poor business choices for a small community credit union. But hey, at least they are kind to my family! 0/10 Don't recommend.

  Deposited a 2000 loan check from Us Bank on 9/10. They put hold on check until 9/20. They said ATM randomly puts checks on hold. Try calling and they tell me go to branch try get funds cleared cleared. Get 1000 cleared with no real reason told to hold check and tell me I should come in bank to deposit checks if I really need money. Defeats the cause of switching from Bank of America because twins star has more ATMs in Centralia area. Now I lost half day of work going into bank and have to do out of town trip without servicing car and 1000 less.

  My daughter went in there with a personal check from a family member. Tried to deposit it to her account, the teller told her that the check was basically worthless and they won't cash it or deposit it for her unless the person who wrote it was there in person! Told my daughter to throw it away because it was useless! So she did. I called the bank it was drawn on and they said they would cash it no problem as long as she has valid i.d. why didn't the bank teller at her bank tell her that? Anyone who works at a bank, should know that checks aren't workers paper. Dont recco.end trusting these people with your money.

  I like the bank manager Maria but the rest of the staff is terrible! I went in for a transaction I did not authorize online and the Asian lady told me I cannot fill out a paper for it being fraudulent. And only would returned not even half of my money. Well guess what today the transaction went through. One I never authorize or purchased anything. They do not do cash at all. It's only a branch for loans. A couple of months ago my account was totally drained from a hacker. Along with hundreds of other people in my area going through twinstar. They did return my money that time but blamed it on an "account error" when my account was drained from an Olympia area Bank of America. I was happy with them since 2013 but now their staff and service has gone way down hill!

  After about a year of deliberating a switch from Chase to Twinstar, I finally mustered the courage to walk into the branch to open my account. I was greeted with friendly faces and "hellos" from everyone in the office. That is no exaggeration...EVERY employee said hello to me with a warm smile from the receptionist to the branch manager. I sat down with Irene and she took me through the process of opening my account. It was way quicker and much less painful than I had thought it would be. She answered my questions regarding direct deposit and walked me through the different ways I could utilize technology to make banking easy. Top notch customer service and all the options I need...I'm a happy customer!

  This is kind of a mixed review because I love Twinstar for the most part, but I absolutely will not be back to this branch. I'm sure the staff is great, but when my husband walked in to get cash so we could pay a bill he was told that they don't have any cash on site. This location isn't advertised as being a loan office or something else that would explain the lack of cash on site, so it's mind boggling that a bank doesn't have cash. The Centralia branch however is incredible and my only complaint was that the banker failed to tell us checks would take 2 weeks to clear for the first however many days.
