  Chris and his team have fixed my car three times (two minor cosmetic and one full bumper) and always did a fantastic job. They delivered exactly as promised and dealt with Geico directly to make the process totally seamless for me. They are friendly to deal with and do great work that looks flawless.

  Twins Collision is honestly the best! I’ve had a couple of repairs done by them from car accidents (small & big) and they’ve delivered such great job and service! the Receptionist - Lucy is very sweet, always so helpful, answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease that i chose them for my repairs. The guys does a great job on a timely manner and as promised! i highly recommend them!!! Can’t say enough good things about them! See for yourself!

  Highly recommend!!! These guys were amazing from start to finish! The owner drove me and my kids to the subway when we dropped off our carbfor repair. They completely dealt with our insurance and then delivered our car back to our garage in Manhattan when it was finished. They also were very responsive to calls and updated me regularly by phone and text! Ive really never had such a good car experience!

  This is the first time I have used their services as part of Geico Auto Repair Express (my car was ‘hit and run’ while parked near my workplace). I have nothing but good things to share for this place. Lucy is very attentive, efficient, friendly and really get things done. The guys even took care of the scratch on the other side (not accident related) and made my car look new and shiny (fully waxed inside too) without an additional fee. If you need a place where things get done and service is good, then this is the place.

  Great all around! Great customer service! Great body work! Chris and Lucy are the best! Super friendly and the best service anywhere. Their body work is superb! My car looks like nothing ever happened and they gave me a nice car wash. Best hands down!

  Look no further, this is your best option if your car has been in an accident. Having worked in the insurance industry before, i've dealt with hundreds of shops and have rarely seen a level of professionalism as good as Twins. Very grateful for all the questions answered and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend this shop for any body work that you need done on your car. I have seen work done from friends and families claims and it sometimes doesn’t look original. When I say it’s back to original , it looks better then it did off the showroom floor.

  I'm so used to having to be on edge with collision repair services...are they going to offer unwanted services? Are they even going to help me fix my problem? We were pleasantly surprised to find out that Twins Collision is a straightforward, friendly, and seriously professional outfit. I felt like they took care of us, were on our side, and went the extra mile to make sure that our problem was taken care of, and that we felt good about it. I've NEVER had such a positive experience. I can tell that they're investing in relationships with their customers, not just processing somewhat rigidly like so many of their competitors. That extra touch means that we'll come back to them whenever we have an issue with our car. Seriously guys, thank you.

  Everyone at Twins is amazing, have taken multiple cars there and I am never disappointed, the whole team, Chris, Lucy, Manny, Richie, Amaury have your best interest at heart. Before finding them I was always hesitant about auto shops, but not here, the facility is immaculate and you know that you and your car are in good hands, cant thank them enough for always taking the best care of their customers. Recently picked up my car that was rear ended and it looks better than new. Couldn't be happier.

  From start to finish I couldn't ask for a smoother transition. Richie handled all aspects from inspection with the insurance company to requesting supplemental payments. The shop expedited my repairs to get my vehicle back to me asap. The body work looks amazing...looks just like I took it off the showroom. Thank you so much for a super job. I would hands down recommend them.

  This place is a one-stop-shop for repair. My insurance company sent me here as a recommendation, and it was all inclusive. They have rental cars onsite, so I left my car and drove off in a rental covered by my insurance. Twins took >2 weeks to do simple body work, so they're not fast. However, when I came in for my appointment they were polite and they had me out of there in an hour.
