  It’s almost as if I am paying extra for this service but I am not since it’s all a one package deal. I get transparent pricing with transparent billing. These guys have been able to eliminate those notorious processing fees for both credit and debit cards.

  Their technology is unbeatable and we take advantage of it to the fullest. I can’t name another provider offering cloud software, accurate tracking of employee time and inventory, pay-at-the-table capability and more with the efficiency Merchant Industry does.

  I am proud to say that we were able to keep each and every one of our dedicated employees on the payroll throughout the whole COVID-19 mess. Some of them definitely would have been cut or at least laid off without our Merchant Industry financial savings.

  Be carefully it’s a scam! We use this company over 2 years, and after we notice they over charge the fees. we close the account and two months later a get $750.00 just for termination fee. And they promise will be month by month contract, don’t use this dishonest company they will steal you money

  I would not use this company to process my credit card transactions. Once you fill out the application you are considered on the hook. You do not have the option to reject the service if you are approved. I was told that billing begins from the time you are approved. I was getting billed in activity fee when I known I was using the processor and exceeding the threshold amount for 4 months and my agent kept telling me the same lie "there's a problem with our billing system" but that was not the case. Now after they have charge me $409.75 in fees for a service I never used and repeated calls and complaints they have cancelled my account but refuse to refund my money. Proceed with caution if you decide to use this company.

  There are a lot of reviews here that say that this company is a scam or to not use them but I am here to tell you that this place actually saved my business. Those people that are calling it a scam were more than likely running their own kind of scam. As a legitimate honest business, this company is very helpful.
