Cody Santana1By far the worst bank I have ever been to, the old Hispanic lady with the glasses is extremely rude for no reason, every time I attempt to make a withdrawal without my debit card she makes a big fuss about me not coming up in the system which is a blatant lie because I spoke to customer service and they can pull me up in the system with no problem. They don’t like to do their job and have no respect

Ameth Dieye1If you are not Spanish don’t go there I had an appointment with at 12:30 I came on time they let me stand there for 15 minutes without any questions I went to the cashier and told her I have an appointment they told me you have to wait at least one hour not caring that I scheduled this appointment on my break time .they care only about the spanish speaking customer. Very unprofessional and rude.

I was helped by Ulysses, easily the best bank employee I ever talked to, he goes out of his way to make sure that you leave the bank satisfied.

Aisel Omerbashi3What is up with this branch, all of those employees in there work part time? You must be jobless to go and bank there because they open late (9am) and close early (4pm), plus they are closed Saturday and Sunday, never seen any bank like them. I will give tree stars since luckily happened to bank there like 2-3 times, and their service was good. I also like their credit cards.

Idealny Американец1I made an appointment on 3pm. When my time will come an operator started to work with another customer without appointment and I waited 30 minutes! Awful! Don’t recommend!

Tatiana Tati1Extremely rude teller. I went to BOFA today for a deposit and when I got there there was 2 minutes to close. A bank employee didn’t let me in and when I stepped outside the deli guy from out neighborhood let me in. He ASKED the same lady if I could get in and she let me. When it was his turn at the teller, the lady (other employee) that attended him (June 11th around 16:10pm) scorned him loudly in front of at least 4 other customers bc he opened the door to let me in. He tried to explain calmly but she kept talking to him as if he was a little boy being yelled at by it parents. It was really embarrassing for him, for me and for the other employee that let me in. That lady should NOT be working directly with people. One should NOT be yelled at at a bank where they keep their hard earned money. That’s not OK BOFA! My teller was 001 on the receipt, so I’m guessing the other one was 002. RUDE!

JS5I used Regus for the first time this past week because a friend recommended the company. He has used them for his office space for years now. I needed a good conference room with teleconferencing capabilities for a meeting I was holding, as my whole building's rooms were booked except for 2 or 3 that were completely unacceptable. I decided to give this a shot as it's right around the corner from us. Security was very friendly, and we found our room without trouble thanks to the spectacular client services rep (thanks Luigi). The conference room we had was even better than I expected. The video conferencing we needed was easy to get set up, the food we order was shockingly good, and overall the space was very classy. We were left undisturbed--which is exactly what we needed--and after a very productive meeting, we left without issue. The cost for all of this was very reasonable, so the price was also right. We would definitely do business with Regus again.

Daniel Kantor1As far as I'm concerned this is not a real Bank of America, its an ATM with attendants. Yes, they technically offer the same services as other branches, but their hours of operation, and customer service is laughable. They close at 4pm M-Th, and don't open at all on Saturdays. This branch is an embarrassment.
