  Steve has been wonderful to work with at Twin Bridges. As first time home buyers we wanted to make sure we had an Insurance Agent who had our best interest in mind, but also was willing to communicate via email due to our busy schedules. The process was seamless thanks to Steve!

  Couldn't be happier with the services that Steve provides. We insure 4 cars, our house, and personal riders through Twin Bridges. We get the same coverage that we had with other agencies; for much less through Twin Bridges. Steve is super responsive whenever i have questions about coverage, or need to change or add services. Top notch operation with incredibly personal service - I have and will continue to recommend Twin Bridges to friends.

  My family and I have had an excellent experience over the past 7 years with Twin Bridges. What makes them so special are the people there. Specifically, the owner Steve and his father, Dave. They have gone above and beyond for my family and myself. Steve and Dave have answered every single question personally, returned every phone call promptly, and have helped us TREMENDOUSLY in some very tough situations. They have bent over backwards in certain situations where most people or companies would not. I cannot say enough about them. Not too mention the unbelievable insurance they have gotten my family. As an educator, I have many colleagues ask me about my insurance and once I tell them there reaction is, “That is too good to be true!” My principal even called and became a member of Twin Bridges after speaking with me. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have great insurance and even better people to work with.

  There are so many places to purchase insurance from! How do you know which agency/company to choose? The TV is full of ads where so many companies are saying they can save you hundreds of dollars and most of those claims are likely untrue - at least that is what my research has determined. So, congratulations to anyone who has managed to negate my findings. So, what can you rely upon when choosing an agent to represent you? I thoroughly investigate online agency reviews and whittle things down to just a very few of the alleged best. Then I make contact to get a feel for customer service, etc. Selecting an insurance company is actually an act of faith. You are hoping that if, unfortunately, something happens your agent and the company they represent will be there for you. However, you never really know until you experience a loss or need some type of service. I am in the process of changing agents. Although friendly enough my current agent took 30 days to make one simple change to some paperwork on one of my policies (I have 3 with them). Not only did it take a month to complete this extremely simple task, it also took me several follow up emails to get it done - and this was not their first instance of lack of responsiveness. Now to the meat of this review. In the course of my research for a new agent I came across Twin Bridges Insurance Agency. All contact was through email. What I liked from the start was that the Agency Owner - Steve Vogel - was the one who responded to my numerous queries. Admittedly, I pretty much grilled Steve to see if I thought we would be "simpatico". I did this through numerous emails consisting of questions and general administrative points. I have been in the insurance business myself for a couple of decades - as an adjuster, estimator, and arbitrator. Steve did not know this information when I contacted him as I do not divulge it initially since I want to see how well a non insurance person might be treated and how well things get explained without making any assumptions of what I might already know. I am most pleased to write this 5 star review for Steve as he was truly wonderful in terms of his patience and knowledge and in making me feel that he truly wanted my business. It also was greatly impressive to me that throughout out many emails he never "farmed me out" to a subordinate but rather stuck with me himself throughout the process of going through all the paperwork. As I previously noted, you never know how good an agent or company is until you really need their help. I do have to say that, based on our interaction so far, I am of the opinion that Steve will be wonderful to deal with in the unhappy event of me having a loss. At this point in time I view Steve as a superstar!

  Steve Vogel was just great, !He is knowledgeable, helpful, works hard to find the best quote to suit our needs. We are very happy with all of his suggestions. We have saved a lot on our home insurance together with auto insurance, And it was so easy, was all done from home! thanks Steve!
