      Very good experience every time I visit. Today I went in because I had an issue that was out of my control and rather embarrassing. Both employees working were empathetic and understanding and worked with me to correct the problem. I have been banking with Pioneer for some time now and I am more than pleased with the professional people working there. Thank you so much for what you do.

      Rude experience. While waiting in line, a female employee entered. She was over encumbered with what she was carrying, and she dropped a pencil. I noticed, bent over, and reached for the pencil to help her. She rudely said "I got it". As i picked up the pencil to hand it to her, she ignored me and just walked away into her office. The teller behind the counter noticed it. Apparently, that's just "how she is".
