  The staff is courteous, returns phone calls and clearly explains coverages in a way a normal person can understand. Additionally, the rates provided are exceptional compared to other local and national entities. I will definitely reach out for further coverages in the near future.

  Monica did a wonderful job. I had been with another company for years and decided to reprice our business insurance. Our insurance kept getting more expensive and we needed a better option. We have older buildings and have unusual insurance needs so it took some work to research. Monica took time to help us and educated me about all our options. She ended up saving us money and helped me to understand our coverage better. Very good experience.

  Words can’t describe how appreciative I am to have found Monica B. As if it wasn’t for her patience and her explanation techniques regarding policies, I would have sought other companies. I have purchased several homes and went to Benavides because of Monica. She always provides her professional opinion and what is more beneficial to my situation. No matter, how many questions I had, she was always willing and able to answer them. She always made herself available regardless of the time. Thanks Monica keep up the excellent work!

  I visited their office because I had some questions on the home owner's insurance policy I needed to buy for the house I was purchasing. They answered all my questions, was able to get the policy and at a lower rate than I anticipated. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable talking to them even though that was my first time there. I appreciate the way they treated me so much that I asked for business cards to give out to people I know who may need their services. Their home owner's insurance rates are incredible!!!!

  Monica is wonderful, as said in other reviews. also got an insanely good quote for my first time home owner insurance, way better than state farm/allstate/geico and the other local insurance groups i got a quote from. highly recommend 🙏🏻
