Lesly Mendoza3I went to take out money in the drive thru ATMs and only one of the two was working. I put it in my card and the machine took it and didn't give it back. Since I wasn't comfortable leaving incase it spits out my card, I called the number for this location about 6 times and NO ONE answered. I am then forced to leave my car parked next to the ATM and go inside and they tell me all they can do is give me a temporary card and i would have to wait IN LINE AGAIN till someone can give me this temporary card. I have been with bank of america for over 10 years and have absolutely loved my bank. Coporate is amazing they help you with whatever you need. THIS location is just terrible. What was supposed to be a 5min thing turned to over an hour. Joshua Garcia was the one who ended up attending me and he was extremely polite and fixed my issue fast. If it wasn't for him I would've just gone to another bank.
Response from the ownerHello Lesly, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I’m sharing your comment so a technician can look at the ATM(s). Thanks for letting us know how helpful Joshua was. We're sorry to hear that the rest of your experience didn't meet your expectations. ^phil

Lorena Alaniz1unbelievable can't believe its closed, when we only have one branch here in Brownsville. The drive thru should @ least be open very inconvenient. For the past week there can been long lines in the drive thru due the two ATM 's that are there. There also been people having to wait in line out in the son for other 2 Atms that are outside of the bank by entrance. There should be more ATM spread out. The closest branch is 25 miles away

Ricardo Vital3Don't get services from this bank. The only help you get is from the website itself. As soon as one tries to get help from the staff, one realizes that they don't want to help you. Even if you call the customer sevice # one gets the exact same answers. I aquired an overdraft fee for $35.00 for only 25cents that I went over. That is a 1,400% increase. No wonder they are making a lot of maney with the average person. I spoke in person with the teller trying to get my fee waived unsuccesfully. There was no compassikn or mercy. She said I had to pay it no matte what. Then the branch manager (Maria Gallegos )walked in but gave me the same bull. Finally, I called customer service and the same saga continued. I then spoke to their supervisor and notbing changed the fee is still there. This is the first time Ii've ever overdraft but no consideratikn was taken at all. These people are not there for you. You are not the customer. Their customers are the big multi-national companies that ask for a loan and they use your account money to provide for these loans. As soon as you ask for their help, they don't care but to screww you with fees. Otherwise, they wouldn't let you go overdraft. Stay away from these mf's.

Junior Saldivar1This Bank doesn't deserve a SINGLE STAR. But this Review wouldn't let me POST unless I gave it at least one star. Whatever you do....DO NOT OPEN an account with this Bank. They have TERRIBLE customer service. No one is ever available to talk to you and help you. Keep your money under the mattress. It's Safer there!

James Harris1Wouldn't cash a check given to me by one of there customers wanted me to open an account fist. I asked why would I open an account if they won't cash a check I give someone. I was in drive through and the lady got mad and said I would have to come inside and cash the check and pay a 8 dollar fee "a check from their back from one of their customers ". Why would I pay a 8 dollar fee there when HEB charges a 3 dollar fee. Very bad bank. That's why I use USAA

jess l1The service is abysmal. The staff is rude and try to feed you the mobile app as the solution to everything. There is always only one teller, never any parking, and you can always count on having difficulty entering or exiting this bank due to the dangerous location. So disappointed and do not understand why the Paredes/802 branch was closed instead of this one. Go to any other bank than this one.

Eric McClure1People working there seem to be nice and for the most part helpful, but They are understaffed. The place is a zoo, it is a small inside and crowded, people are streaming in and out. If you shut your eyes you would think you were in a Reynosa bus station.
