  Heidi is an amazing employee to your credit union. She is always friendly and courteous. One time I saw her out of work. Had this trash bag thing on her back. Said Green Bay packers. Other than that. She’s always been more than pleasant. :)

  I needed to open a banking account in Brownsville, but my credit union is in Idaho. I heard that Security Service was in my credit union's network. I was pleased to find that was true. At Security Service CU, I opened a Power Checking, which offers a ton of protections! It was so easy and everyone was fantastic! And fast too! My new account has Identity Theft Protection and a host of other online protections too. I never thought that any banks offered these services. This is perfect!

  This was my first experience with Security Service. Mr Diaz was very attentive and very nice and respectful. He made sure that I understood everything there was to know about the " Power Protected Checking ". From benefits of ATM, to checking account protection of overdrafts, ATMs overdrafts, to Bill Paying benefits. He answered ever question I had including direct deposit. Thank you Mr Genaro for making me feel like a friend.

  I've always had great experiences at SSFCU Brownsville. Heidi Trevino in particular is always very polite, courteous and willing to help. I have had personal loans and credit cards with this credit union but was there yesterday to have my husband apply for a loan.We were greeted by Heidi Trevino at entrance and taken into an office to be helped by Abel Villarreal. Abel took down my husband's information and was very informative about the loan during the process. The application was then reviewed by Heidi Trevino and , in minutes, got approved. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this credit union for their fast and very helpful services. I continue to be a very satisfied and happy customer.

  I usually have an good experience when banking here but I felt the need to tell my story about a special day for. The day overall was quite rough for me but after visiting and working with Heidi Trevino in the drive through my day was quickly turned around. She was very pleasant and has a great smile. She genuinely looked like she was happy to be at work with a great attitude. She helped me curbside and noticed I was a little down. She was very cheerful and brought my spirits up. She was also very knowledgeable when I asked about current auto loan rates, and kept it simple for me to understand. Simply put a dream to do business with.

  This bank sucks , their ATM never works I tried to take some cash last time and the ATM said it wasn’t available at that time well they did took my money which I needed to buy gifts , I went there and they told it will take 7 days to return my money , really?? 7days ?? It wasn’t even my fault their ATM doesn’t work , so I’m here now almost crying bc I wasn’t able to buy the gifts I wanted all thanks to this bank.

  Security Service is a great place to bank.The staff there is always friendly and willing to help. Judith has helped me recently with a loan to consolidate my credit cards which I am very greatful for, she is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The process was very smooth and fast, I love that convenience. I recommend this credit union to everyone.

  We had such a great loan experience. We worked with Jose over the phone. He was so professional and easy to work with. He was able to get our loan completed and ready in one phone call. So easy and convenient, I am really glad they offer this service during Covid. I would use it even after. A big thank you to Jose for making this so understandable and easy!!!
