  Drive-thru teller machines never work after business hours when you need to deposit cash. Sometimes you walk in the door's and Service Representatives just look at you like wow race of another color just walk in. Downtown location definitely better and the staff always greet you with a smile 😃

  I waited in line at this location for over 15 minutes at the drive thru. Line was NOT moving. If someone has a complicated request, they need to be asked to park and go inside. 3-stars is because of the courteous teller, ONCE I got to her.

  Went there to speak with a loan officer. Was told by the front desk personnel that loan officers weren't at THAT branch. I told them ok and I would go to another location and speak to a loan officer. I go to another location and they tell me loan officers are no longer at any locations. Now couldn't they have told me that at the downtown location before I drove 10 miles to find that out from another location? Been with them 40 years and it seems the service has begun to lack.
