  Although this was my third home buying experience, CMG generally and Chad Stockburger specifically, made this the best home buying experience. My wife and I truly appreciate the effort, time, and tailored personal service Chad provided. He answered all our questions, and there were plenty! He ran several models and provided analysis that aligned with our objections. In brief, Chad far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Chat without reservation to anyone looking for a professional lender.

  Chad was an amazing help to acquiring a great loan. My wife and I are self employees missionaries, which made our taxes and proof of income all kinds of complicated. He was with us in and got us through all the minutia and road blocks along the way. Not only that, but he was a joy the whole way through. Keeping a easily stressful time light and safe feeling. Will absolutely recommend every single friend I have who is looking to Chad at CMG.

  I would give 10 stars if I could! Kevin made our first time applying for a loan easier than I could have ever imagined. Not only did he simplify a potentially very stressful and confusing process, but he was in constant communication with us every step of the way, answering any and all questions that we had. He gained our trust from the moment we sat down with him, and helped us get the lowest interest rate possible. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home and a true partner!
