  I financed my loan with her and contacted to her regarding my refinance. After trying to contact with her through all forms communication for 2.5 weeks I had no choice to go to some other lender. When I said every forms of communication I meant email, calling office, calling on cell phone and voicemail. I just didn’t understand that how someone could be so irresponsible dealing with current clients. The only reason I kept trying to contact with her is because I thought refinancing with my current lender might help me minimizing my closing cost. Moreover, I tried contacting customer service and that also sucked because it says I’m connecting you with an agent and then disconnected saying we are currently busy and can’t take your call. That happened not only once but every time I called customer service.Thank you Christina and Movement mortgage! I’m giving my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend neither this lender nor agent to my enemies!
