  I’ve had my sentra about a year now and I couldn’t be happier. My credit was not the best and I was afraid I wouldn’t get anything nice. The salesman found a used but like-new car for me that fits my budget. Every time I’ve gotten my car serviced the technicians and inside staff are so pleasant.

  Absolutely wonderful service. Joe and his team were amazing. From sales to finance team. Myself and my mother bought new cars a week from each other at this dealership. We had options to go to our local Nissan provider but I would come back here any day please Note we drove over an hour to this dealership. Don't regret one mile. They show you true southern hospitality with a smile. For my future purchases I will always come to mountain view Nissan. Thanks guys for all you did. A+ Kevin and Brenda from Rome Georgia.

  I have had such amazing dealings with the S. Market Street Nissan dealership but my most recent made me feel the need to write a review. I needed a basic oil change and brake fluid service. I could not get back to the dealership from work due to a work emergency. Not only were they so nice about it, they delivered my car to me, had it washed and even left me a cold bottle of water inside. On days like yesterday this kindess and over the top service literally brought me to tears!! Thank you to Greg and all of the Mtn. View Nissan staff for all you do. I will never venture get service from anyone else.

  Update 7 months later I needed a copy of some paperwork from the sale and no one seemed to care. I had to make 3 calls in a row because I was disconnected and was transferred to a very unprofessional person name Megan who told me "She had nothing to do with my problem and has never spoken to me and cannot help me" and she will try to find someone who can and then I was disconnected. Wow, she does not need to have phone privileges until she gets some training. Finally I got Joe on the phone. but we had problems with their employees ( service department) last year and now this. They are clearly challenged with keeping good help. This gives me concern about my so called "Lifetime Warranty" Joe the salesman was great. We bought 2 cars from him in the last year. He let us drive the car for a day to test it and gave us a loaner while they cleaned the car we bought. We had a problem last year with the service department (when we bought the first car), but the owners called back & fixed things. How often do the owners call you after a service problem? So the owners really care that the customers are happy.
