      Signed up for an account awhile ago. Every day since been trying to simply sign the account up for mobile access. Every day. Never worked, just error after error. Going into the bank, nor anyone on customer service could figure out why. Finally get a letter in the mail that the account went into the negative and threats of involvement with a collection agency over 4 dollars. Would of lived to be able to access and use the account but never could over their own broken website. I give up, and recommend no one ever deals with them again.

      Damn near everyone at four of the Chattanooga locations are the laziest people I've ever met. I only have problems with this Bank would not recommend.

      I'm surprised not to see any reviews, these people are great and I'm not even a account holder but many of my customers are..on my current renovation job the owner transfers funds to a account that he gave me a ATM card for..so I go here or the one by Walmart in East Gate..At this location I've been inside many times to cash checks or for other banking issues..Everyone is so Nice and Helpful...should give them 5 star's but my Bank's First Tennessee and their across the street from my Home/office.

      What we have here is a financial institution on their way out. Soon another institution will come in and dissolve TVFCU. Two years now since the removal of the human element. ,Worst decisions they ever made and will lead. To the ruination of TVFCU.

      I have not had any problems with TN Valley until now. I had money in both my checking and savings and instead of pulling the money from my savings to help cover the bill that came out of my checking. They charged me $34. I just can not believe that they would do that knowing I had money to cover the bill. After I posted this,they called me and refunded the $34 to my account. I'm thankful for this.

      We have been members for 30 years. I went to the branch today to get a replacement debit card and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. The level of customer service has gone down over the years. I’m disappointed.

      Unbelievable. There is $10 fee for incoming wire. When I called to ask the quickest way to get money into my account, the Call Center recommended wire. But she conveniently forgot to mention the fee. When I called again to complain about the misinformation, this clerk said "you should have asked if there was a fee'. Really? For everything I want to do I need to check the fees involved? Now TVFCU says Federal Reserve charges them a $10 for incoming wire. Odd. I have been using wire transfers for over 30 years and no other banks charge a fee for incoming wiring.

      Moving from Wells Fargo, I hoped that this bank would have the same benefits/accommodations. Every time I call they are very rude. I spoke with two different representatives today, Beverly and someone else....both were snarky and unkind. Everything has to be so complicated with this bank, from the app to trying to deposit money into the atm (which rarely works.) Seriously disappointed, and I dread every single time I have to deal with them.

      I went to use the change machine today. It didn't count 50 cents...no big deal but the attitude from reporting it was much to be desired. "It happens" she said. Well so do mediocre reviews. I also told the person that deposited my money in my account...he was just like "yea" . pretty ridiculous and not normal for this place. They act like it happens all the time.

      We've been sitting at this bank since 12:30pm waiting to see someone about a week old... still pending loan application. It's almost 3pm and we are still waiting. We will let you know how much longer we sat here on a 2k loan app with good credit.
