  We have had only very positive experiences with all the staff at Long Mercedes. MaryBeth has bee our service manger for 2 years. She is always positive, available for questions and is a really nice person to work with. She solves every problem easily. Derrick is our salesperson and also a techie who can help us with any puzzling situations. He is also a great person who is always available. Rich is the body shop manager, who has been terrific whenever we have needed work done. Since we have 2 Mercedes Benz, there is always something that needs to be done. It is so nice to know that we will be taken good care of in any situation.

  I walked into Long Mercedes in the middle of a thunderstorm, soaking wet and on a very tight deadline,. Brice got on board to sort out what l needed (and when) right away with the intrepid spirit of a terrier. He allowed me to ask lots questions and helped me find answers when he didn't know them. He read me the carfax while I test drove it like I stole it during aforementioned thunderstorm. He was frank and earnest (not the comic strip) from the start, and so even though I didnt buy that car, I knew he was an advocate in the process and proved to be for the next week, when I ultimately bought a different vehicle from him. I got the vehicle most suited to my needs and the best possible deal. Brice went well beyond what I would have expected from others in the business. I plan to do business with him again and would recommend him to anyone.

  I have been searching for over 3 months for a new vehicle and have met with Zak the first time 3 months ago and we didn't get into anything at that time. But today I met with Zak again and I am leaving with a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. What a pleasant experience. He is a pleasure to work with.

  Justin was Kind and patient and he catered to pretty much every need I had. Looked at a car 3 months ago and came back and bought that exact car. Would recommend 10/10. Make sure you come and ask for Justin !!!!
