  I;ve financed two cars with with them since 2009. Very nice to work with. All staff is friendly and ready to help with any needs or concerns I've had . Good rates as well. Thank you CFECU !!

  Great little gem of a credit union in Chattanooga. Gave me a chance with financing when the larger lenders wouldn't. Actually sincerely care about customers. A year ago I gave a poor review in regards to an issue, but was corrected. I finally figured out how to change my review. I do highly recommend them. Give them a chance!

  Great credit union with the best staff!! I've had my account here for more than 10 years! They go out of their way to make sure the members are well taken care of...something that you don't see at a lot of other businesses. Tim, Amber and the two new ladies are always pleasant to talk with. Sarah has been there since I've had my account and is always very helpful. I haven't had to deal a lot with the other ladies in the back, but when I have, they have been great! I would highly recommend this credit union to everyone!! You won't be disappointed!

  Amber was great! She helped to understand the entire loan process for purchasing my first vehicle! She was very patient and understanding with every single question I had. She explained everything to a “T” so I could better understand all my terms and conditions and basically what I was getting into. 10/10 would recommend!

  This is the absolute best credit union I have ever used!!! The rates are the absolute best in the area hands down!! They treat you like family and not just a number!! The employees really care about their members and you can tell. I really find it hard to believe that some of the reviews are bad about this credit union because they really do whatever they can to help people! Obviously, they can't help everyone, every time because they have their limits and guidelines they have to follow. I can assure you if they can they will!! I love this credit union. I can honestly say this is a credit union that looks at the whole picture and not just a number on a report. I will never use any other bank for a car loan, or home loan. If you have a bad experience ever then talk to someone there. Everyone there is willing to talk to you about your concerns and needs.

  Auto dealer recommended Mark at Chattanooga Federal CU. I read through the reviews, saw some of the negative comments and decided to find out for myself if they were true. They ARE NOT. When my wife and I walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and hellos from the two tellers there. Mark welcomed us in and was incredibly friendly. We had our 19 month old son with us and it wasn't long until all the ladies were flirting and playing with him (he's a real ladies man!!). We had a tight schedule and Mark offered to finish the paperwork and bring it to the dealer himself so we could go sign that paperwork, which he did, in record time in my opinion. In 25 years I have never had such a wonderful experience financing a vehicle. We enjoyed our experience so much that two days later we refinanced our other vehicle with CFECU. I will recommend to all my friends and family!!

  An old fashioned style financial institution with modern day solutions. You are treated like a human being, not a number. They do exactly what they say they're going to do. Customer service is simply ridiculously good. They totally understand the requirements and needs of today all the while preparing you also for many tomorrows. We moved three vehicles from three individual institutions all the while slashing the interest rates and bought a new home... try them, you'll be truly amazed!

  The team at Chattanooga Employees FCU is nothing short of greatness. I have been banking with them for over 10 years and they keep on suprising me with a high level of service!
