  Rude. Shane, the manager at Advance Financial at hwy 58 was quite snotty w me... He is the definition of passive aggressive and rude. Very disappointed with my 1st visit there. I use ATMs all over TN and the limit is usually $300... Theirs is a whopping $200. I asked if there were any other Advance Financial locations offering the usual $300 max... Not wanting to pay twice because my bank isn't local... And he just involved himself so rudely into the conversation very exasperatedly... Didn't call, didn't check... Just could u please leave since ur not tryna get a loan... But u just got my $4 sir. Poor customer service!

  This is one of the worst places to get a flex loan. I borrowed 3000.00 dollars and paid it all back in 2 weeks had to payback 3800.00 for just using the money for 2 weeks. No wonder they can afford to stay open 24 hours and nice new buildings. What a ripoff
