  Turns Financing did an excellent job: getting financing approved to fix the septic tank in my home. TJ is amazing..The crew & office workers are very helpful & diligent about their work & customers. I really appreciate that very much. They did not waste any time getting us approved for financing: when we had a septic tank emergency. I would recommend Turns Financing to anyone: who has a home project that needs Financing to complete. Their customer.service is amazing. Also the website to set up automatic payments for your loan is very user friendly.

  I just reached out for the first "issue" I had working with their company. We hadn't received payment for a job a customer of ours had chose to finance. Honestly, the first guy I spoke to was no help and made me scared that we weren't even guaranteed to get paid. I ended the call but, seeing as the job was over $3k, I was a little flustered and confused as we did everything we usually do with no issues. When I reached back out shortly after I was greeted by Teddi. She is AMAZING. Good communication, knows the business inside and out, and just an all around pleasure. She recognized an mistake someone else had made in processing the loan, fixed it, and continued to keep me updated until payment landed in our account. I'll be reaching out to her directly with any questions from now on. Anyone who works in an office setting regarding billing knows what a breathe of fresh air that can be, and I hope the company recognizes her excellence. Thanks Teddi!

  They helped me get my field lines fixed. They got me the money on the first day I called them. The job was done the same day. They was very understanding to my issue and worked with me to get the paperwork done. The person helping me was supper sweet and was very patient with me getting the paperwork done. They walked me through everything. I never had to leave my home.

  T J was just such an amazing help to me. I was very worried about my financing for some work that had been done last month because another company had done me very wrong but TJ stepped in and did everything he could to help and to get me financed. He really made me feel relieved and took a big load off of my mind and I will highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing financing help.   This was one of the best experiences I have had with a company before. I needed a quick loan to get a new ac unit and the staff was on top of it in no time. They had a genuine interest in helping me and made sure there were no bumps in the road. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you to everyone who helped!!

  A friend recommended me to turns financing and I plan on recommending others. This process was so simple and they were able to approve me in the matter of minutes . My air conditioning was fixed the next day and both my family and I couldn’t be happier.
