  I can't say enough about Julie Beatty and her team. If you are looking for a mortgage broker, look no further!! She got us pre-approved so when we found a home we had no financing contingencies. She was communicative and her knowledge is unsurpassed. She explained all in layman's terms and was always available for questions. Her assistant Matt was also very helpful and very patient.   Julie assured us (in writing) that we had a locked in rate and were approved so we waived financing contingency. Ultimately, as soon as due diligence ended she added an additional $2.5K in fees to our loan, knowing that it was too late to reshop the rate. Ultimately we had to either allow her to add the fees or we would forfeit our earnest money (we could not close without the loan). I would caution anyone from using her or her team.

  I was very nervous and overwhelmed with trying to purchase my first home. Julie and her team made the whole process seamless, from sending me check lists of tasks to complete to texting me to check on how I was feeling. She was always there to respond to my questions no matter how many I had! And even after the purchase was over she still answered questions I had about the process.
