The series of daily emails, Genesis of the Loan, provided us with thoughtfully crafted information that answered many of our questions before we needed to ask. I knew you would be very experienced and knew what you were doing and would get us to the closing table. I loved the weekly updates that I received as well.   My loan officer, Lisa Baxter, in Atlanta is amazing. She literally took a troubled situation where I had been lied to by a different loan officer from a different lender, and was able to close my home loan after 3 futile attempts. She combined professional advice and guidance with a truly personal touch and actually cared about me getting into the home. I recommend her HIGHLY!

  We got to work with Charles Ritter III and he's awesome! We had an unexpected wrench thrown into the works near the end of buying our house that put the whole deal at risk of falling apart. We were losing sleep from the stress- it was real! Charles remained calm and talked through details and options with us. He helped us pivot through the situation. Instead of losing the house and our earnest money, we were able to change to a different financing product that ultimately closed successfully. We couldn’t have done it without Charles! I can’t say enough about his knowledge, professionalism, and most of all, his sincere caring about us as people. He was in it with us every step of the way!

  Charles went above and beyond! He ran through loan scenarios on every offer, and took calls on nights/weekends to help us navigate the insane housing market. He proactively let us know what he needed for our app and when it was received. He called us to let us know when we were fully approved, and even kept us posted on market trends to make sure we were making the right calls for us. He helped us feel confident in every offer, and has seemed just as excited as we are to find our home.
