  highly disappointed with this company. never again will I get a loan from them very high interest. last time I went to make a payment the lady that attended me was very rude. never again will I used my service with turner acceptance.

  The worst costumer service ever they have you waiting 30 minutes or more on the phone just to tell you to leave your name and phone # to get a call back

  Bad customer service called to make a payment the person who answered my call got all my information except for credit card #. It was a few minutes before closing time & then out of nowhere the call drops at exactly 6:00pm the person did not bother calling me to do payment...I tried calling but went to voicemail. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Post payments late! Charge late fees on on time payments, rude customer service agents and managers! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

  wow I can't explain how much I appreciate the services I received from yesmin today I went to apply for my loan and got approved right away the wait was not long at all I can't be More happy that I got the money I needed to pay for the things I need thank you yesmin you are truly a life saver !!!!

  Predatory lending of subprime loans. Very shady. Staff could not explain rates or do basic arithmatic, manager needed to "google it" and laughed when I did not sign over concerns.

  Turner acceptance Corp. They are a crooked company. Even though you have insuranceThey still try to charge you a feeAnd they keep charging this fee month to month even though you sent him copies of your insurance to them each month they say they didn't get a copied the right copy of the insurance which list them as additional insured which even though you get it tool in your insurance company send it to him they still say they didn't get it and still keep trying to charge you to think and give you the runaround and then they put you on hold and keep you on hold for an hour our own ends and tried to to try to make you go away people that do business this way should not be in business they should be in jail as most white-collar criminals that try to pull the scams that they pull so if anybody else has a problem with Turner acceptance along these lines please shoot this review are our call the Illinois State's Atty.'s office after this my letter will go out to them asking the state's attorney to look into Turner acceptance and the way they do business specially to look into Jonathan Levin so in ending if you're need the financial companies to finance any products for your home, cars or vehicles stay far far away from this company
