  I worked with Ben on the mortgage for my first home and would highly recommend him and the Molitor team. Ben was kind and patient throughout the whole process, explained all of the financial terms/aspects, answered all of my questions quickly, and took extra care to make sure I was getting the best rates! He even switched my lender right before signing the paperwork because he found something better for me. If you want someone who is committed to getting you the best mortgage and to hold your hand throughout the whole process, go with Molitor! Thank you guys!

  Chris of Molitor Financial Group excelled in his experience and handling of my new mortgage.   If you want someone that does an awesome job helping you refi, use top notch people like Antonio Nieves from Molitor Financial Group. They will go above and beyond to treat you right. I've used them twice now (new purchase and refi) and are the best in the business.

  Great to have the Molitor team on my side during my home buying experience. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and got me the best rate around for a mortgage. At first I went back to an older lender I used 5 years ago, out of loyalty. The old lenders quoted rate was a 0.60 percentage points higher than what I got through Molitor. I am glad I switched to Molitor!!!

  I have a unique tax situation as the founder and CEO of a fast growing startup. I've been turned down multiple times over the last 3 years despite stellar credit trying to refinance the place I've lived in since 2009. I reached out to Molitor based on some reviews I read and almost as a last ditch effort. I spoke with Nate who assured me that while they can't guarantee anything they've been successful in the past in refinancing people who have been turned down, especially when self-employed. I decided to give it a shot and am so grateful that I did. Nate found that my place qualified for special financing and I've locked in a ridiculously low rate on a fixed 15 year mortgage. Unless I move I won't ever have to go through a refinance again. Throughout my experience I was in touch with at least 4 people from Molitor. All were professional and replied very timely. It's refreshing to find and work with a group like this. Needless to say, I'll be referring them to everyone I know. Tim

  This was my third time using MFG now. Two purchases and now a refinance. I reached out to Craig on a Wednesday and were locked in by the next Monday. We closed about 30 days after initial contact. We worked with Nate and he was awesome! Very informative, professional, responsive and friendly. I continue to refer family and friends to Craig and his team. You will not find better customer service! I am glad I never have to worry about figuring out who to trust with a huge life decision like purchasing a home.   Securing a mortgage can be stressful and confusing but it certainly doesn't have to be! Kelly, Craig, and their team provided stellar service from start to finish in our home mortgage lending process, easing our worries and laying out clear steps along the eay. As we all know, the real estate market boomed this summer (2021) and rapid turnarounds on pre-approvals made the difference between a competitive offer and a miss. Kelly responded to all of my inquiries immediately, making the offer phase much more smooth. After our offer was accepted, the team walked us through the rest of the five- to six-week journey with ease. They are all transparent, competent, friendly, and professional!
