  I had the best experience working Jennifer. I was a first time home buyer and didn’t really know the entire process of purchasing a home but Jennifer and Derion Brown(Realtor) made the process so much easier. They both were completely honest and transparent with me. They let me know exactly what I could afford and I’m so grateful for that. I recommend Turn-key mortgage if you’re looking to purchase a home!

  Working with Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She was very polite, knowledgeable, and got things handled in a timely manner.   I purchased a home 2 years ago through Turn Key mortgage & Jennifer Brown was my my Mortgage Broker. She was outstanding in her communication. Always comforting & understanding my frustrations with the home buying process. She walked me through every step and assured me that U would soon be a home owner. We are happy with our home and even the the home buying process was at times overwhelming I would do it all over again and definitely used Jennifer & Turn Key mortgage.

  Turn-Key Mortgage Inc. was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I used them because they were able to get me my first home. Mrs. Jennifer Brown was very professional, answered all my questions at an appropriate time, friendly, detail oriented, caring, willing to go the extra mile, and overall I could have not asked for a better experience.   Where do I start? Jennifer is absolutely the best. Jennifer and her husband are the ultimate Dream Team and they take their job seriously! They go above and beyond for their clients and make sure they are taken care of, not only that you feel like your part of a family!!   I started looking for a home to purchase in early 2020 and finally found one right when the pandemic hit and the world shut down. As you can imagine, I was extremely nervous not knowing how the process would be affected, but Jenn was a life saver! She walked me through each step, making sure I knew what was happening since I was a first time home owner, especially one purchasing during unprecedented times. She was there for me more than my real estate agent was. Jenn helped me get through one of the most stressful situations in my life with extreme grace and professionalism.   Buying your 1st investment property is a journey. Buying one during covid times, when the banks decide to change the rules because of risk, can definitely be nerve-wracking. Ms. Jennifer Brown made sure I understood those new rules. She helped me explore all my options so that I could make the best decision that was aligned with my goal. She was always available to answer my questions, and knew where to put a little bit of pressure when the process was lingering a bit . Thank you Jennifer for helping me achieve my goal. I am definitely coming back for my next one!

  I started working with Jenn in early 2020 to buy a home, then when the pandemic hit she was a blessing to have on my side to help me navigate many unexpected/unforeseen COVID related changes with lenders. It was such a stressful process, but I never doubted that she had my back. She is very responsive, and did everything she could to help me secure ideal financing. By the end it felt like she was family. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!
