Amy M1Only 1 teller and at least 10 customers waiting. This is what always happens in this branch. - Thanks for your response. I read your response but it doesn't solve the issues. I always use ATM if I need less money. I had to use a branch due to ATM daily limits. You need to have more tellers for busy days such as Monday mornings or first day of a month.

Jane Vela1Skip this bank, it’s always understaffed. Forget about same day appointments. The closest one they’ll give you is for the next day after noon. Person in front of me asked nicely to speak with a manager because the associate wasn’t helpful and they refused.

Ashley Buchanan1This is absolutely ridiculous!! At 10am, I have to wait over 30 minutes to be serviced by the inside teller. There are 10 people in line with myself being #5. There is ONE TELLER!!! Why??? Customer service is below poor. This needs to be changed to better serve this community.

HalfMySize140 McCurdy1The service here is horrible. Depositing a bank issued check & told there would be a 2 business day hold but no explanation why. That was a lie. BOA emailed me that the hold was increased to 7 business days with no explanation why. The teller was rude. I will cancel my account. I was not treated with quality care & it was my 1st visit.
