She has been able to help me with all my loan/baking needs thus far. She is always professional and proficient at her job and exhibits stellar customer service all from the comfort of my own home. Not only did she respond to my emails and calls within seconds, but she even stayed 30 min after the branch closed (5:30 pm) to help me complete the loan paperwork and draft, so that I could drive my new car home by 6 pm.
