  Turbeville has been one of my business's insurance agents for almost 15 years. They have always been very helpful and responsive when I have questions or concerns. Barbara Lercara, our health account manager, is the best--super responsive, willing to help in any way she can. I've had some billing issues with a doctor's office and she's been spearheading the effort to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend Turbeville and Barbara!

  I have been dealing with Turbeville Insurance for several years. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate having Barbara Lercara as our Account Manager. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help with any problems, she is quick to respond to emails and ALWAYS gets answers to questions quickly. She is outstanding!!!

  After thirty years as a customer it saddens me to have to go elsewhere to get The professional service that my company needs . It seems they have got comfortable with giving substandard service which I am unable to tolerate. I have reported this to managers even called Bill Turbeville himself only to get no response back either by phone text or email completely unprofessional. Looking forward to going elsewhere.
