  Bill is a phenomenal, hard working mortgage broker who goes above and beyond. He diligently helped my husband and I have a smooth closing. He was extremely attentive to our desires and needs. Whenever we had questions, he was easy to contact and happy to help. I highly recommend him for any mortgage related needs!

  What can i say before we even filled out an application Bill worked with us to ensure we would get approved. We had to clean up our credit and Bill made sure he sent us in the right direction and gave us the info we needed to get the home loan we wanted and deserved. The process was a long one but he never faltered and we got it done and a great house and price to boot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  Bill & Charles (and staff) are absolutely amazing! They have done 2 home loans for my husband and I and 1 refinance. They have also done 2 home loans for other family members and several friends! Bill & Charles are not only former veterans but are extremely proficient in VA loans and the entire loan process. I fully trust and recommend Columbia Mortgage Corp. as they are responsive, knowledgeable, and made my experience enjoyable and uncomplicated! I appreciate all that they have done and will continue to do for myself, family & friends, and clients!

  Bill was not easy to work with. Instead of there being a list of the things they needed to apply, we would turn in something they asked for and then immediately be told that it was the wrong version. This happened repeatedly with no positive result. A lot of wasted time! Could this have been the first time they worked with a retired person trying to co-sign a loan? Better to go with someone that knows what is needed and can get you the loan you need. Bill never even told us why we didn’t qualify and he will not call us back. Very unprofessional!

  I was the applicant and it was very difficult to complete the application process but they failed to get the mortgage we were applying for. I have left two messages to call me and have never heard back from Bill. I believe he owes me an explanation as to why he couldn't get the job done. Common courtesy and good business practice be darned.
