Each step of the way I was contacted by each team memeber and notified who would call me next as I went through each step of the process. From contract accepted to close was exactly 33 days to walking into my New home. Also I received a weekly update of the process.   I'm a Realtor, and Lauren is my go-to lender. My husband and I use her personally -- and my clients who have selected Guild love Lauren and her team. This story is why she deserves even more than 5 stars. Several years ago, I had a VA buyer. She was working with Lauren, but she had a really great rate being offered by another lender. Lauren couldn't match it and suggested she go with the other lender. My client still wanted to use Lauren because she trusted and liked her. Lauren thanked her, but reminded her that the $20/ month difference added up to $7200 over the life of the loan. What kind of person does that? Lauren does. SHE IS THE BEST!!!
