  Our loan officer Dominique is the best of the best! She helped me purchase a vehicle and 4 days later I found that there was major issues. She helped me get out of that vehicle and into a newer one. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. If you need someone who cares about who they serve she is your girl! I cannot express the gratitude I have for her.

  Please do not bank here RUNNN!!! I have had nothing but issues and problems since banking here, my account had been hacked when I went to see whats going on no one was helpful no one helped me and my account was charged insufficient funds which I did not due to the account being hacked and never notified of the suspicious activity, I had to pay for the overdraft fees to bring the account up to date.

  Why is the lobby closed for something that was yesterday lmao y'all love that holiday pay and 3 day weekends don't ya it's Monday June 20th y'all did not need to be closed today

  Thank you for your review, Britney. The holiday schedule we observe is set by the Federal Reserve System. They have a standard holiday schedule, which includes observing holidays on Monday if the holiday occurs on a Sunday. During these holidays, the Federal Reserve and TTCU are both closed.   This bank does not listen for what you ask for. Everytime I come through the drive through its different rules then the time before.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has done nothing but cause us so much trouble since we established business with them. I can’t wait until everything is fixed so we can cut ties.

  Usually good experiences but today not so good . Had a family member die this morning and gotta go out of state for a few days. My employer gave me my paycheck early"supposed to be Monday" to help me so i called ttcu and asked if they would cash said check even though it was dated for the 7th. Was told yes no problem over the phone , got to the branch and they now wont do it.......thank you ttcu for being compassionate....NOT.

  I am absolutely appalled by the snarky attitude i got today when I went to add my fiance to my account. I merely said what a pain it was that they were not open at all on weekends and she says well we like days off too! First you don’t have to be closed for people to be off. Second i asked for my account information to put on a DD form she wouldn’t give me my info. She said it won’t help me go into the positive you’re overdrawn $2!!!! Seriously lady you really just said that! I’m sorry if me and my family live paycheck to paycheck! Also the overdraft is one reason we are getting a joint account so we aren’t trying to control two accounts! She made me feel horrible over $2. We will be choosing another bank to bank with. Also tell the people on the phone not to answer questions they don’t know the answer to since i called ahead to ask all the questions but yet I get there and its not what I was informed!!

  The older lady named Libby working the front was extremely rude. However the lending officer was very helpful. Seems like a good place to do business but they shouldn’t have such a rude attitude working the front.
