      I set up a business account with the bank a couple of days ago and it was really smooth and easy. Susannah helped me over the phone and we got it all done in less than an hour. It is nice to get a real person on the phone when you call! I have been a Bank of America customer for about 5 years, but I have switched over to Bank of Cherokee County because I had such a good experience. Enjoyed the one on one communication and efficiency of the bank!
