  Worst excuse for a bank ever Tellers are great but worst customer service ever otherwise. Managers are unprofessional goons. Seen two literally break the law.

  Such a great credit union. The customer service has been amazing. Missy has always been such a pleasure to work with and has consistently gone out of her way to be helpful. I always feel welcomed like family when I come to this branch.

  Missy is so great at this bank, that I’ve had my mom, daughter and son open accounts. There just so friendly! My favorite thing to do is deposit my check through the app. Didn’t even have to leave my house.

  TruWest Credit Union totally ROCKS!!! To open a new account, ask for Missy M because she is AH-MAZING!!!! She is fast, a real expert and super personable!!! The app, the new card manager app and online banking are all world class!!! Loved the gift for opening an account! Thank you Missy and TruWest!!!

  When I try reach this branch, I get the call center. They have to put a ticket for someone to call me back. This is not how it should be. Kindly, put your number here so we don't have to come in in person. I understand the COVID-19 situation. However, limiting phone service does not help.

  I went in to open an account and Edna C. gave me all the information i needed and answered any question I had. Not only was Edna super nice and helpful but also Matt S. (another employee) was sweet and nice! It was very easy to open a new account with them!

  Truwest is an awesome credit union! The staff are always friendly, and get to know you on a first name basis. I couldn't think of doing business at a better place.

  Managing my loan online is the worst. It won't let me set up a draft to pay my loan from my non-TruWest checking account! I would never bank here.
