  Don't even bother going in to this place go somewhere else. Pick up my stuff and had missing items on the stuff I pawned, got home and found out they used my merchandise found open tabs on the internet app on my smart tv. Totally a big waste of time and bad experience talking to the staff and the incompetent manager who claim they did not used my merchandise or that i never had any remote with me.

  What is it with this store chain if you say your open at 7 or 730 then be open then.porr time management and poor customer service .I suggest you go with a different pawn shop chain all together Like cash America or ez pawn. look open sign lit up but not open.👎👎

  Buyer Beware: watch what you buy here. Hobart stick welder $360.00 new. We drove from Georgetown to South Austin to find its missing the 115v adapter. Offered $280 cash in hand knowing I would have to spend $50 for the adapter. Nope, they’d rather waste someone’s time driving through traffic with a new born, and try to sucker someone into paying the price you could get a brand new one with adapter and 5 year warranty. Classic business take advantage of consumer because we paid too much for it. Watch what you buy, spend a few bucks more for new. We drive off cash in hand, weld shop had it in stock and we’re on the way to grab it.

  Best pawn shop in Austin. Went in just to look and ended up finding he most gorgeous ring. The selection was incredible and the staff was super friendly and nice! The manger Denise was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet! Prices are good and everything is negotiable. They really want to help you get whatever it is you need/want. Between the amazing staff and great selection I will definitely be back soon!

  Went to purchase an Xbox since so many places were sold out. The staff were very helpful and helped me pick and test one quickly. The manager even negotiated with me on the price and let me get it for a good deal. It was very quick and easy and the Xbox is working great! It’s also nice to support a local business in these tough times.

  I went to this establishment last night around 45 minutes before closing. The three gentlemen watched me carrying my LG smart TV and I said I would be right back as I was going to grab an Xbox 360 from my car. When I came back in they told me they actually weren't taking any more smart TVs or Xboxes at this time. The gentleman did help carry my TV out which I appreciated but I was only looking to get about $20. I am a single mother with a six-year-old and I didn't even have enough gas to get home. I was sure that I could at least get something from pawning those items. when they went back inside they began closing down the shop and laughing. I am so disappointed with this place. Don't waste your time.

  Walked into Top Cash Pawn a few weeks ago and was immediately greeted by the sales staff and directed to the loan counter. I needed a quick loan on my Macbook to help out one of my friends, and I was helped quickly and given top dollar for my computer. The one month free interest is really helpful as well. The staff was professional and fast, and the manager Denise was especially kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back next time I need a loan!

Dave the owner and the Denise along with their staff Al and Jacob have been nothing short of amazing through the years.   Terrible customer service! I contacted the business by phone to ask about a selling some lawn maintenance equipment. I was told to bring the items in, and they would purchase them from me. I drove 45 min to the store two days later, and was told they are not buying lawn maintenance items currently. The employee at the counter did nothing to accommodate me, and did not seem at all interested in making the situation right. I highly do not recommend ever doing business here.

  I need to bicycles in a hurry we had relatives Visiting who wanted to explore the many bike trails I went to three pawnshops all of the bicycles either had minor problems such as rusty chains flat tires or other issues that would mean we could not ride immediately. But when we went into top Cash pawn I was able to purchase two bikes and be on the hike and bike trail within 30 minutes. We will definitely be back thanks so much Denise and Al
