Gave them 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave 0. Empty promises left and right from these guys. This “merger” was supposed to be hassle free... it’s been nothing but a hassle... better off keeping your money under a pillow... at least then you can have access to your money..

      Response from the owner

This is the worst Credit Union / Bank I've ever been to in my entire life!!! I put $800 into their ATM that's attached to their building and they put a 10-day hold on it no banks do that not on cash ATMs can scan the money and know that it's real secondly there online banking is disgusting I do not forget my password but yet it always says it's wrong after 7 attempt it locks me out and if the bank is closed I can't get a reset password because there is no 24-hour service. I went back to Chase and no I don't work for Chase just a dude that wants to keep my money safe and be able to get it when I want it and Chase Chase has 24-hour service also if you forget your password which I do not, you can reset it yourself anytime you want either by calling a human being that actually answers the phone anytime of the day or night or using your cell phones text message or email to get a reset code I am never leaving Chase!!! I decided to edit and add this last little thing after reading some reviews especially the one star reviews I agree with all of them and it's kind of funny that the owner or people that work for TruStone respond with saying security is our number one priority blah blah blah blah blah blah blah someone lost $4, 000 out of their account due to fraud also someone lost their entire bank account you guys are a bunch of idiots who ever owns TruStone is a moron whoever makes the decision for your institution rules and regulations are morons if you really want to know how to operate a bank you should call Chase and ask them or go open an account with chase and maybe you'll learn how to run a Financial institution!!!!!! PS don't respond TruStone nothing you can say will make anything correct or better or change my opinion!!

If I could give this credit union a zero I would. If you plan on banking with this place you better watch out they will steal money from you and charge you with hidden fees that you will not be aware of. They pretty much steal your money and make excuses for it. Go to a real bank that is honest with how they handle your money. I'm honestly shocked that this place is still open!!!! Beware!!! Thieves!!!

Been using this CU for over 10yrs. Have never had anything but great service! Started out with a savings & checking for a loan on my house & just stayed cause of the customer service & courtesy each visit. Great with my children over the year & I know that my parents also many year customers are also pleased with their service!! Keep up the great work guys!! We even made it through a CU legal hand-exchange with minimal difficulties!!! 4thumbs up!!!

***DEBIT CARD SECURITY BEWARE*** I have been with this bank for over 20 yrs. (AMCCU) and in those 20+ years have never really had any "real" issues until NOW. This past weekend over about a 4 or 5 hour time span my ENTIRE account was stolen from me and I never receive even a simple text msg alert that anything was happing. That is until my account hit a minimum threshold that I set. In the digital age we live in I am not surprised that this happen, I am surprised that TRUSTONE does not have any safe guards in place to send up RED FLAGS when debit withdrawal of 400$ get taken out 3x at the same ATM out of state, and it is allowed. Then 20 min later 3 more debit withdraws for 300$ get taken out again 3x and nothing happened. Then again 20 min later at another ATM 320$ - 3x and nothing from TRUSTONE. This continued like this until my checking and savings were wiped out. I had to call them once I got a text msg. that my account went below the threshold I set. To their credit the money was back into my account by Tuesday afternoon but I have yet to get an explanation as to HOW THIS HAPPEN. Their customer service is a JOKE. I called and called and called and FINALY got a call back after my $$ was returned. I asked to talk to the Branch Manager and am still waiting for that call....So now after 20+ years of being a member, I am pulling all my accounts and would urge anyone with a Debit card to do the same, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE!!!

Closes too early. Sends paper statements, even after signing up for online banking. Allows micro transactions with an insufficient balance to sneak non-sufficient fund fees. Makes you wait 30 days before getting your paychecks on time.

      Response from the owner

Hi Delavyn, we’re sorry to hear your expectations have not been met. Please send us an email to [email protected] so we can better understand your experience.

A variety of financial services with a personal touch. Products include various deposit accounts, loans, mortgages etc. They also host IRS/AARP sponsored TaxAide service at no cost, primarily to lower income elderly people in the community. However, anyone else can, also, take advantage of tax preparation service available by appointment.

Worst place ever all the horrible tellers do is sit on the phone and mess up on transactions. I've even seen a few tellers on Friday taking pictures on their phones and giggling and making videos. How is that professional?

Thank you for your message, Sara. We strive to provide excellent service to our members and are sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to better understand these interactions. Please send an email to [email protected] so a member of our leadership team can reach out.
