  Jim was very informative and responsive in a very timely manor. Jim explained things in plain terms to us and was happy to help and assist in our first time buying and selling experience. We would recommend Jim to anyone and everyone! Jessica Jensen was also very helpful and all office staff was extremely friendly and responsive.   We had a great experience working with Josh and his team having our mortgage needs handled while we were selling a house and moving across the country. He had everything taken care of before I was even physically in the area, and then throughout the process of buying a home he was on the ball the whole way so we always had what we needed to have the upper hand in putting offers in.
