  Toni is absolutely the best! We have done many mortgages and HELC, out experience with Toni was delightful. She kept in contact with us at least once a week, she was cheerful and positive. Toni took her time to answer all questions and concerns immediately. Very positive experience.

  I had no intention of refinancing my mortgage but American Family Bank called me to ask if I had any questions re a car loan I co-signed with a family member and asked if I'd like to refi my home. I agreed to answer a few questions from Toni. I was extremely reluctant but when she spelled out just how much I would save on interest alone I was sold. She & her team made the process very seamless and I always received quick replies to my questions.
