  I cannot recommend Gateway Mortgage enough! They have been fantastic to work with in every aspect of our home buying and refinancing processes. We bought our home with them in April of 2019 and then refinanced in late 2020. Communication has always been very clear no matter who we have been speaking with whether it was the front office staff or one of the vice presidents of the company. They have a small business feel as I often speak with the same people when calling their office with questions. This feel makes them far more efficient than the big box lenders in navigating the process of financing a home. These guys are the best!

  The team at Gateway have been wonderful to deal with. They are no-nonsense, professional and go out of their way to make the experience both efficient and easy. Buying a house is stressful enough but to make the process simple while also educating me (the buyer) on the process, what to be aware of, etc. gave my family great peace of mind both during and after the process. This long-standing, family business has been great to deal with and makes one of life's more stressful choices simple and with minimal stress.

  We had a wonderful experience with Gateway Mortgage Corp. Moving from out of state as veterans, Gateway Mortgage Corp. made the process seamless. They went out of their way to help us close efficiently from out of state; were available any time of day to answer questions; and were very supportive every step of the way. After many moves with the military, they have been the best mortgage company by far. I highly recommend.

  Have had a fantastic experience working with Gateway Mortgage. All of the mortgage loan officers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The mortgage process was extremely efficient and they answered every question my wife and I had.   When I needed a mortgage as a first time home buyer Gateway was so helpful with the whole process. Buying a home can be overwhelming but my loan officer was great and made everything so simple! I am definitely happy with the service I received and the professionalism of their staff.

His responsiveness after hours and on the weekend is truly amazing. Most recently, he helped us with a refinance effort. He and his colleagues have been consummate professionals, timely and thorough.   As a first time homeowner, I wanted to Make sure I chose a lender I could trust and who was easy to do business with and Gateway Mortgage exceeded all expectations!!! Kyle was beyond helpful, responsive, and made this one of the best experiences anyone could have ever asked for! I am continuously referring people to him and refuse to go through anyone else! I also had a great refinance experience with Kyle as well!! I appreciate everything that he continues to do for me and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!

  We refinanced our original mortgage (from another company) with Gateway in 2016. The team was fantastic and very easy to deal with. They were open, honest, and answered all of our questions making us feel at ease with a stressful time. We liked it so much we did it again in January (the interest rates might have been the bigger draw). Same feeling and responsiveness even though we were in the middle of a pandemic. With a small child we didn’t want any face to face and they completely understood. It’s a family business - why wouldn't they understand. Can’t recommend them enough.
