Ally Serrato1RUDE STAFF... Walked in, asked about opening an account and this one white lady employee shouted "well we do credit checks! and we require a deposit!" as if they just knew I would have bad credit and no money or something. I am Hispanic. She didn't ask me anything before shouting that out. Didn't know anything about me.. I felt terrible.. I just turned around and walked out. I'm pretty happy to say my race or color of my skin has never been a problem anywhere.. BUT HERE apparently.

Bill Geiger5I started out with the Northliner Credit Union back in 66' when I got a small loan for my Airline Ramp uniforms . I saw them change hands and become the US FEDERAL CREDIT union . Today they are the Firefly Credit union . Dealing with these folks over the years has only Strengthen my belief that " GOOD PEOPLE HELPING GOOD PEOPLE " is still very much alive here . I have relied on them for advice , car loans and investments and I will continue to actively use them .

Abdi Abdi1Bad customer experience, staff are rude and very aggressive. Tellers could use some coaching and feedback because it seemed like they didn’t care about client or the branch reputation.

Alex Reilly2Interest rates for auto loans are nice. Their business practices seem to take advantage of the lesser financially informed borrower. The hidden gotchas are very frustrating.

Kevin1DO NOT RECOMMEND. Closed my checkbook over $.40. Refused to work with me. Used to move thousands of dollars through these accounts, but they're petty, and won't even pick up the phone to tell me they're closing my accounts? I'm well rid of these people.

Graham Zrostlik1No ATM, under repair for weeks/months by now. This used to be a nice in-network credit union that I would walk to and access the ATM but has now had their unit boarded up for an unacceptable amount of time.
Response from the ownerHi Graham - Unfortunately, our Minneapolis branch ATM was vandalized beyond repair, and we had to order a new machine. We’ve been anxiously awaiting the build of our ATM and a brand new machine will be installed and operational in the coming weeks, if not this week! Thanks for your patience as we've replaced our machine. UPDATE - we're pleased to share the ATM at Minneapolis is now available again!
